Note: If you are a prescription assistance organization and do not physically ship medications yourself (medications are shipped by pharmacies), you may replace this with a “Medication Delivery” note stating that medications are shipped by licensed pharmacies, not by Advocate My Meds directly.
1. Shipping Coverage
We operate within the United States only.
Any medications or related materials associated with our program are shipped within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders (or assistance requests) are processed within [1–2] business days after eligibility verification.
Verification may take additional time if documents are incomplete.
3. Delivery Methods & Times
When medications are shipped by licensed pharmacies through our program:
Standard Shipping: [3–7] business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are determined by the pharmacy or delivery partner and will be disclosed at checkout or during enrollment.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be displayed on the website or explained during enrollment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped by the pharmacy, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use the tracking link to monitor delivery status.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost:

We will coordinate with the pharmacy or delivery partner to investigate and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. No International Shipping
We do not ship outside the United States.
International orders, customs fees, or import restrictions are not applicable.
