Cancellation & Refunds for Prescription Financial Assistance

We are always here to help you obtain prescription financial assistance, but we will be understanding if at any time you need to cancel your participation in our program. Oftentimes, our customers cancel because they have obtained adequate insurance coverage or alternative means of financing. We are always overjoyed to hear that this is the case and never attempt to pressure anyone into staying with us if they don’t need it. All you have to do to a) cancel and/or b) obtain a refund is follow the protocols that are outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your prescription financial assistance any time after enrollment with a minimum of 14 days notice in writing prior to the next billing cycle as banking systems require advance notice. For our patients’ protection, we would never want to cancel someone out of our program and stop processing their refills without written notification from the patient.
Please submit written cancellation notice including the patient’s address, telephone, last four of social security number (to verify we are cancelling the correct person), reason for cancelling, and the patient’s signature to Advocate My Meds.

Refund Policy

Because we care, we would not want you to pay for our service if we cannot save you money. Assuming all your provided information was complete and accurate, we will refund all of your payments if you do not qualify for the PAP programs that result in a savings for you. To request a full refund submit “all your denial letters” from the pharmaceutical companies involved within 120 days of the date of enrollment in our program to our address. Once received, abiding by the terms and conditions, we will then issue a full refund of enrollment fee and initial monthly service fee.
However, if you are dissatisfied with the initial set up of your prescription financial assistance, a refund can be issued without denial letters sent. If a cancellation letter is received within 14 days from the date the first payment is processed, Advocate My Meds will refund the initial monthly service fee without the requirement of denial letters. Initial paperwork sent to the patient by Advocate My Meds must be returned with the cancellation letter for refund to take place.

*Please understand Advocate My Meds is available in the assistance of appealing these denial letters from manufacturers*
